Avoca St Dental accepts patients under the Child Dental Benefits Schedule with most treatment being bulk billed through medicare for eligible patients.

 

 

The Child Dental Benefits Schedule commenced on 1st January 2014 and was previously know as the Medicare Teen Dental Plan.

 

 

The Child Dental Benefits Schedule will be capped at $1,000 per child over a 2 year calendar period. It will be means tested and requires receipt of Family Tax Benefit Part A to qualify.

The Schedule provides benefits for most basic dental services, however it will not be available for orthodontic or cosmetic dental treatment or for any services provided in a hospital.
